A: Yes, you will be charged on your account's credits.

A: Yes

Will subscribers get charged each time they reply by Globe, Smart and Sun?

A: They won't be charged. They just need to secure 1 peso to be able to reply.

What is Restrict to unique mobile numbers only in Directory?

A: It means no duplicate entry of mobile numbers per campaign

What does "allow subscription to the directory" mean?

A: This means that you may allow the user to subscribe or unsubscribe on that specific directory by texting the keyword that has been set.

How many characters are allowed per transaction?

A: 1 message part = 1 SMS Credit

     Maximum characters allowed per transaction is 1530.

     For Single Part: 160 characters

     For Multi-part: 153 characters per message part

What are the Guidelines for SMS Templates?

- Doesn't contain suspicious/malicious content such as words/URLs

- No profanity/foul words

- Political/Election related is not allowed

- For any variable in a Template, it should be enclosed in # {}

Must also be matched to the one you've indicated in your directory.

Ex: #{FirstName}

      @{Name} for the newly added Name field in Directory

What are the visibilities of a Sub-User account?

Campaign/Directory created by the Admin will be visible to all Sub-users

Campaign/Directory created by a Sub-user will be visible to itself and Admin

Campaign/Directory created by a Sub-user will not be visible to another Sub-user

How to create an SMS Template?

You may create a template by going to Broadcast > SMS Template > Select create SMS template (upper right)
